There’s no need to stress when you have next to nothing in the pantry. All this meal needs is a couple of handfuls of green beans from the neighbours, roadside stall or freezer, a can of tomatoes, and Mrs Rogers spices to make a yummy meal.
You will need
1 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion, diced
4 cups of green beans, cut into bite sized pieces
1 400g tinned diced tomatoes
4 tbsp tomato sauce

Heat the oil in a pot and fry the onions until cooked.

Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to the boil. Reduce to a simmer until the beans are soft.
