Pacific Ocean lodised Sea Salt with a full, natural, clean salty flavour. Evaporated by the natural process of sun & wind, raw salt is then harvested, washed & dried without the use of chemicals, then crushed & lodised. lodine is necessary for normal production of thyroid hormones and normal neurological function. Perfect for table use & general cooking. We recommend to use salt sparingly to avoid excessive intake. A good rule is to add a little at the start of cooking & more to taste before serving.
