Suggested Uses

CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRIES
You Will Need
– 150g Mrs Rogers Chocolate
– 1 punnet of strawberries

1. Line a tray with baking paper.
2. Rinse and pat dry strawberries, melt chocolate following melting instructions on pack.
3. Dip strawberries in melted chocolate and place on prepared baking paper.
4. Refrigerate until the chocolate is set, approx 30 minutes.
5. Remove before serving.

MELTING INSTRUCTIONS:.
STOVETOP: Bring a saucepan with a little water in the bottom to a gentle simmer, remove from heat and place a heatproof bowl snugly over saucepan, add chocolate into bowl and stir with a spoon or spatula until smooth and completely melted.

MICROWAVE: In a microwave safe bowl; Microwave chocolate uncovered for 30 second intervals, stirring in between until all of the chocolate is just about melted and look glossy. Continue to stir until the last remaining pieces have melted.

With Mrs Rogers Dairy Free Dark Chocolate Bits, you can effortlessly whip up a luscious dairy-free and vegan chocolate milk in the comfort of your own home. This delectable drink is perfect for any occasion, and can even be warmed up to provide a cozy treat during the coming winter months.
INGREDIENTS
60g Mrs Rogers Dairy Free Dark Chocolate Bits
200ml Oat, Almond or Soy Milk
A handful of ice
METHOD
1. Melt the chocolate over a double boiler or carefully in the microwave.
2. While stirring, add the room temperature plant based milk of your choice to the melted chocolate.
3. Add ice to your glass and pour the chocolate milk over it.
4. Store any leftover chocolate milk in the fridge.
TIP: Blitz ice and the chocolate milk together to make a frappe!
DOUBLE-TIP TIME: Add a shot off espresso to make this treat a mocha!
