Cajun Spices has been specially prepared to provide the authentic taste of New Orleans Cuisine.

Suggested Uses
◾Use for fish or chicken for Southern American dishes. Lightly coat in oil and sprinkle with seasoning and fry or BBQ, traditionally until blackened.

Perfect on pork or beef steaks, as well as slow cooked Cajun pork ribs

◾Add to roast potatoes or wedges.

◾Add midway through the cooking process in sauce based dishes and casseroles to retain flavour.

The Variety

Made in New Zealand to my own recipe, using quality herbs & spices, with an influence of authentic Louisiana cuisine.

Ingredients: Sea Salt, Garlic, Paprika, Black Pepper, Onion, Oregano, Cumin, Fennel, Basil, Thyme, Celery Seed, Rosemary, Cayenne Pepper & Cardamom.
