2 tbsp Mrs Rogers Cajun Seasoning

Brush the chicken breast with olive oil and then roll in Mrs Rogers Cajun Seasoning.

Cook over a preheated barbeque or under a preheated grill for 6 – 8 minutes on each side or until the juices are clear when the chicken is pierced.

Slice the chicken and serve with steamed green vegetables and baked potatoes.
