Need a nibble that's a lot more than just a bag of chips? These Stuffed Chilli Mushrooms are a perfect accompaniment to any sports game or afternoon gathering.
Preheat oven to 180C.
Mix together the cream cheese, chilli and Himalayan salt and basil together in a small bowl. Taste. If you want more spice, add more.
Fill the mushrooms with the cream cheese filling. Wrap each mushroom with the bacon and use a toothpick to hold the bacon on the mushroom.
Place on a lined baking and cook for 20 minutes until the bacon is crunchy and the mushroom is cooked. Serve.
