Salmon is such a delicious fish and this creation for an easy crumb will have even the kids interested in trying it!
Heat your frying pan (or skillet) to a high heat. Crumb the potato chips so that they resemble breadcrumbs. Add the salt and pepper and stir to combine.
Press the crumb on the top of the salmon, opposite side to the skin.
Add the butter to the frying pan and place the salmon in, skin down. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the skin starts to blacken. Flip the salmon and continue to cook with the lid on for a further 2-3 minutes depending on how you like to eat your salmon. Serve with a fresh salad.
