Try some differently flavoured salami in this really easy Pizza Scroll recipe.
Preheat oven to 200C. Score and cut the sheets of pastry into 6 long lines but leave them together on the backing sheet.
Mix the herbs and tomato sauce together and spread over the pastry. Layer the salami along each row and sprinkle the cheese evenly. You can add any flavours you wish i.e. diced onion, ham, capsicum etc.
Roll up each cut line of pastry so that you create a scroll. On a lined baking tray, position the scrolls and baste the pastry with the egg.
Cook for 20 minutes until the scrolls have puffed up and the pastry is golden brown.
