1.25 Self Raising Flour
1 cup Greek Natural Plain Yoghurt
1 tsp of your favourite Mrs Rogers Herbs and Spices (we used Herb and Garlic Salt, Porcini Flakes, and Chilli and Lime Salt)

Combine all ingredients together in a bowl until a dough forms.

Divide the dough into 4. On a well-floured surface, roll the dough out to the size of a side plate.

Fry the bread on a medium to high heat using a drizzle of oil. Flip the bread and cook until golden on both sides. Enjoy!
