Craving the salty goodness of chips and trying to be a little more healthy? Kale chips are a fantastic option. They are surprizingly tasty and fix that need for a crunchy something nice in your mouth.
Preheat oven to 180°C or 160°C fan forced. Line 2 large baking trays with baking paper.
Remove the centre stem from the Kale leaves and tear in to hand sized pieces. In a large bowl place the kale leaf, oil, Paprika and Garlic and Herb salt and toss until well covered. Place each leaf on the lined tray making sure that they have air flow around them and are not doubled up.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, turning the leaves every 5 and moving the tray position in the oven. Cook until the leaves are crisp.
