A natural & delicious Sage & Onion stuffing mix that is simple to mix & cook. Perfect for Chicken, Turkey, Duck or Lamb. A versatile mix that you can add dried or chopped fruit, nuts, Sundried tomatoes, Olives, Capers, Anchovies or try coating Tomato halves.

Option 1: Mix Stuffing with 200mL of water, crumbs should lightly cling
Option 2: Mix with 100mL water and 2 eggs (If you prefer the stuffing
to hold its shape after cooking).

Suggested Uses
  • Stuff the cavity of a chicken, turkey or a duck with the mix, once the bird is fully cooked through and the juices run clear, remove the stuffing and serve with the carved meat.
  • Place mix centrally in a boned out cut of white or red meat then roll and tie ready to roast.
  • Roll mix in tinfoil to create sausage like shape and roast or steam for 30 mins. Unwrap and slice when done. Best served hot.

Ingredients: Breadcrumbs (88%) (wheat flour, salt, dextrose, yeast), Onion (5%), Himalayan Salt, Sage (3%), Thyme, Black Pepper.
