Suggested Uses

What you need

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 600g sausages^ of your choice
  • 150g onions, sliced thinly
  • Mrs Rogers Mild Curry Sausages Mix
  • 400mL can coconut milk*
  • 250g Peas, Carrots & Corn mix, frozen

ˆFor a vegetarian meal; use vegetarian sausages.

*Substitute the coconut milk with 300mL water and 100mL milk.

Get Cooking

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and brown the sausages. Cut them into 2cm pieces.
  2. Add the onions to the pan. Simmer for 2 minutes, covered.
  3. Mix Mrs Rogers sachet content and coconut milk together and add to the pan.
  4. Bring to the boil whilst stirring, then simmer uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring a couple of times.
  5. Add the frozen vege mix and heat for 2 minutes more.

Serve on mashed potatoes or rice, and with seasonal greens.
