Suggested Uses
What you need
- 2 tbsp oil
- 600g sausages^ of your choice
- 150g onions, sliced thinly
- Mrs Rogers Mild Curry Sausages Mix
- 400mL can coconut milk*
- 250g Peas, Carrots & Corn mix, frozen
ˆFor a vegetarian meal; use vegetarian sausages.
*Substitute the coconut milk with 300mL water and 100mL milk.
Get Cooking
- Heat the oil in a pan and brown the sausages. Cut them into 2cm pieces.
- Add the onions to the pan. Simmer for 2 minutes, covered.
- Mix Mrs Rogers sachet content and coconut milk together and add to the pan.
- Bring to the boil whilst stirring, then simmer uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring a couple of times.
- Add the frozen vege mix and heat for 2 minutes more.
Serve on mashed potatoes or rice, and with seasonal greens.
