Organic Creamy Potato BakeAvailable in
The classic potato side dish to elevate any meal. Creamy with cheese and savoury spices. Using only the best globally sourced certified organic ingredients.
What you need
- 800g potatoes, peeled & sliced thinly
- 300mL milk
- 250mL cream
- Mrs Rogers Creamy Potato Bake Mix
- 100g grated cheese
Tip: slice potatoes as thin as possible, or use a mandolin, to ensure they are properly cooked through
- Preheat the oven to 180°C; grease an 30 x 19.5cm oven proof dish.
- Layer the potato slices into the oven proof dish.
- Mix the Mrs Rogers sachet content into the milk & cream and pour over the potatoes.
- Cover and bake for 1 hour, stirring the potatoes after 1/2 an hour.
- Remove the cover and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
- Bake for another 15 minutes
Serve with the meat of your choice and a side salad
