Suggested Uses
Chilli Flakes are used in pasta and pizza dishes, adding flecks of red and a kick of chilli heat.
Use in place of black pepper to garnish your dish.
- Used sparingly it will add an exotic capsicum flavour, liberal use adds a warming heat without harshness.
- Add midway through the cooking process, or as a garnish.
- Ideal for use in pickles, sauces and on pizza.
- Chilli adds and interesting heat and zest to chocolate
- try combined with lime and fresh coriander for a delicious Thai flavour
