Suggested Uses

What you need

  • 500g skinless, boneless chicken thighs, cubed
  • 1 Mrs Rogers Butter Chicken Mix
  • 20g butter
  • 150g onions, chopped
  • 75mL water
  • 60g tomato paste
  • 175mL cream

Get Cooking

  1. Add the Mrs Rogers sachet to the cut chicken thighs and mix well. Rest for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat the butter in a pan and brown the chicken pieces, then add the onions and simmer for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the water and tomato paste to the pan & mix well.
  4. Bring to the boil whilst stirring, then cover and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring half way.
  5. Finish with the cream, heating gently but not boiling.

Serve on rice with warmed naan bread
