What you need
- 500g skinless, boneless chicken thighs, cubed
- 1 Mrs Rogers Butter Chicken Mix
- 20g butter
- 150g onions, chopped
- 75mL water
- 60g tomato paste
- 175mL cream
- Add the Mrs Rogers sachet to the cut chicken thighs and mix well. Rest for 5 minutes.
- Heat the butter in a pan and brown the chicken pieces, then add the onions and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add the water and tomato paste to the pan & mix well.
- Bring to the boil whilst stirring, then cover and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring half way.
- Finish with the cream, heating gently but not boiling.
Serve on rice with warmed naan bread
