Mrs Rogers Belgian Chocolate is expertly made from carefully selected ingredients to create a smooth & creamy milk chocolate. Decadent and melt in your mouth. Why not indulge yourself and nibble straight from the pack, but try to save some for your baking too! Chop them up & add to elevate your baking; whether decadent cookies, cakes, desserts, pancakes, melt for chocolate covered strawberries or ganache for drizzling over cakes, you will taste the difference!

Suggested Uses

CHOCOLATE GANACHE
You Will Need
– 200g Mrs Rogers Chocolate
– 200mL Cream

1. Bring cream just to the boil, remove from heat and stir in chocolate pieces, mix well until chocolate has melted and
is smooth.
2. Cool until thick enough to spread.

MELTING INSTRUCTIONS:
STOVETOP: Bring a saucepan with a little water in the bottom to a gentle simmer, remove from heat and place a heatproof bowl snugly over saucepan, add chocolate into bowl and stir with a spoon or spatula until smooth and completely melted.
MICROWAVE: In a microwave safe bowl; Microwave chocolate uncovered for 30 second intervals, stirring in between until all of the chocolate is just about melted and look glossy. Continue to stir until the last remaining pieces have melted.
