Mrs Rogers Gelatine is a pantry essential! Use as a versatile setting agent for both sweet and savoury dishes. Perfect for making Jelly, Pana Cotta, Mousse, Cheesecake, home made ice cream and pies.

Suggested Uses

Pour 125mL of hot water into a container & add 3 tsps of Mrs Rogers Gelatine Powder. Stir briskly with a fork until dissolved. Add 375mL of liquid to make 500mL of jelly when set. Always add Gelatine to Liquid, not the other way around.

Ingredients: Bovine Hide Gelatine.
Contains Sulphites.

ALWAYS USE A DRY SPOON AND SEAL TIGHTLY AFTER USE.
STORE IN A COOL DRY PLACE.
