A premium single origin cocoa, processed in West Africa from local beans, Mrs Rogers Dutch Cocoa Powder allows you to enhance all your baked goods & beverages into a rich and decadent treat. It will add texture & a deep chocolate flavour in a variety of applications. Dutch Cocoa Powder has been treated with an alkalizing agent to neutralise its natural acidity, suited to baking which uses baking powder as its levening agent. An essential ingredient in any chocolatey creations, whether decadent cakes, cupcakes, brownies, desserts or added to coffee for a decadent mocha or an indulgent hot chocolate, you will taste the difference!

Suggested Uses


You Will Need
– 1 Tbsp Mrs Rogers Dutch Cocoa Powder
– 1 Tbsp Sugar
– 2 Tbsp Boiling Water
– 200mL Milk

1. In a cup or mug add cocoa powder and sugar to boiling water and mix until smooth.
2. Add 200mL of hot (not boiling) milk and stir briskly until fully mixed.
3. Sweeten further to taste.

Ingredients: Dutch Processed Cocoa Powder.

Always use a dry spoon and seal tightly after use.

Cocoa can pick up aromas & moisture from other products, store in a cool dry place away from herbs and spices and any other aromatic food.
