Suggested Uses

Together with coriander it is an essential ingredient in curry.
Use for chicken, lamb, and surprisingly pleasant with fish, vegetable and yoghurt dishes.
Dry fry before use to release the full flavour.
Add early in cooking.
Try combined with lemon and clove.

The Variety

Cumin Seeds are actually the fruit of Cuminum cyminum, in the same family as carrot, coriander, celery, caraway and parsley.
