Mrs Rogers Cream of Tartar is a pantry essential! Use as a versatile stabilising agent to strengthen egg whites, preventing crystalisation in your baking for recipes such as souffles, meringues, pavlovas, whipped cream and many more delicious recipes. Cream of Tartar can also be used as activator of leavening agents such as Mrs Rogers Baking Soda.

Ingredients: Acidity Regulator
(Potassium Bitartrate).
