Coriander flavours foods from sweets to complex Indian Spice mixes.
◾Used sparingly it has a superb flavour perfect for using with chicken, pork, fruit and cakes.
Use in breads and baking, and pairs well with earthy mushrooms and root vegetables.

Whole spices retain better flavour than ground. Store in the closed ziplock bag until needed and grind using a coffee grinder or mortar and pestle.
The VarietyCoriander Seeds are actually the fruit of Coriandrum sativum, in the same family as carrot, cumin, celery, caraway & parsley. All parts of the plant are edible, but most commonly know for its fruit as a spice and leaves as a herb.
