Avoid use over steam to avoid clogging and prolong the life of the product.

I recommend grinding into the lid while closed then sprinkle into your dish.

To avoid over seasoning, a good rule is to add a little at the start of cooking & more to taste before serving.

Being additive free, without added iodine, our Coarse Sea Salt is perfect for all culinary and household uses, including pickling.

A pinch of ground salt in coffee or chocolate will enhance the flavour!
