Our firey Chilli Pieces are ideal for any dish that needs a little heat. Especially good with egg and vegetarian dishes.

Suggested Uses

Chilli Flakes are used in pasta and pizza dishes, adding flecks of red and a kick of chilli heat.

Use in place of black pepper to garnish your dish.

◾Used sparingly it will add an exotic capsicum flavour, liberal use adds a warming heat without harshness.
◾Add midway through the cooking process, or as a garnish.
◾Ideal for use in pickles, sauces and on pizza.
◾Chilli adds and interesting heat and zest to chocolate.
◾Try combined with lime & fresh coriander for a delicious Thai flavour.

The Variety

Red Chilli Flakes are a cultivar of Capsicum annuum, as with all other chilli types.
