Mrs Rogers Agar Agar is a pantry essential and is derived from algae or seaweed. Used as a vegetarian equivalent to gelatine to thicken sauces and soups or use in jams, desserts, jellies, custards and many more recipes.

Suggested Uses

Mix 1/2 tsp of Agar Agar powder with 1/2 cup of liquid. Bring to boil & simmer for 5 minutes.

Agar Agar needs to be boiled in order to set/bloom.

ALWAYS USE A DRY SPOON AND SEAL TIGHTLY AFTER USE.
STORE IN A COOL DRY PLACE.
