4-5 medium potatoes (thinly sliced)

1 onion (thinly sliced)

1 cup cheese (grated)

1 cup milk

1 tsp Mrs Rogers Italian Herbs

Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Layer potatoes, chicken, onion, and Mrs Rogers Italian Herbs in a baking dish.
Pour over milk and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake for 45 minutes until golden and bubbling.
