100% natural, unrefined rock salt, mined deep within the foothills of the Himalayas. Free from added chemicals, additives and anticaking agents. Said to be over 250 million years old and naturally pink in colour, the ancient salt bed is regarded as the purest salt on earth, uncontaminated by modern pollutants and toxins.

Use as a replacement for refined white salt and table salt in general cooking and to season your favourite dish. Being additive-free, it's perfect for all culinary and household uses, including preserving, curing and pickling.
