Mrs Rogers Agar Agar 50g
Mrs Rogers Agar Agar is a pantry essential and is derived from algae or seaweed. Used as a vegetarian equivalent to gelatine to thicken sauces and soups or use in jams, desserts, jellies, custards and many more recipes.
Directions for use:

Mix ½ teaspoon of Agar Agar powder with ½ cup of liquid.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes.
Allow to set—Agar Agar must be boiled in order to set/bloom.
