    White Peppercorns are ripe berries with the outer husk removed. They have a sharper flavour & a lot of pepper heat.

    Suggested Uses

    Pepper adds spicy heat and bold flavour to enhance any savoury dish. White pepper is often used with seafood & preferred in white sauces where black pepper becomes more visible.

    Pepper is the most popular spice and is used as a seasoning worldwide.

    To maintain the delicate flavours, I recommend grinding and adding pepper just before serving or as a garnish.

    White peppercorns are the seeds of ripe berries of a  flowering tropical vine, Piper nigrum, native to India and widely cultivated throughout the tropics.
    They are steam sterilised, which is a natural method of eliminating bugs & controlling microbial activity etc., rather than gas or irradiation.
