Spiced Mayonnaise

This Spiced Mayonnaise adds a punch of flavour to a simple garden salad.
Ingredients

1 large Egg, room temp

1 Tbsp White Wine Vinegar

1/4 tsp Mrs Rogers Sea Salt

2 tsp Mrs Rogers Mustard Powder (or whole mustard seeds)

1/2 tsp Mrs Rogers Ground Paprika

1/2 tsp Mrs Rogers Ground Turmeric

1 tsp Mrs Rogers Ground Cumin

1 cup Rice Bran Oil
Directions
Add the egg to a food processor and blend for 15 seconds. Add vinegar, salt, mustard and the rest of the spices and process for another 15 seconds.
While the food processor is going, slowly drizzle the oil in. Stop the oil if it starts to separate and keep blending until it comes together. Keep going until all of the oil is blended in. Taste and see if extra salt is required.
Mix and let sit for at least 30 minutes for the flavours to combine.
