Slow Cooker Allspice Chicken

Yes it’s summer time but that doesn’t mean we have to put the slow cooker in the back of the cupboard. Instead use it to infuse your foods so that the yummiest flavour will excite everyone. This Slow Cooker Allspice Chicken will just add to your family’s table.
Ingredients

1 tbsp oil

6 chicken thighs, drums or Marylands

1 1/4 tsp Mrs Rogers ground allspice

2 tsp Mrs Rogers fine sea alt

1 cup orange juice
-
1 tsp honey
-
1 lemon, sliced
-
1 orange, sliced

6 tsp Mrs Rogers thyme

Black Peppercorns, to taste
Directions
Heat the oil and brown the chicken pieces.
In your slow cooker, add the chicken and all of the ingredients and cook on high for 4 hours.
Serve the chicken with crisp vegetables.
