Perfect for a simple spring dinner or a weekend barbecue.

Ingredients
- 500g chicken mince
- 1 clove garlic, minced (or ⅓ tsp Mrs Rogers Garlic Powder)
- 1 tsp Mrs Rogers Dried Oregano
- 1 tsp Mrs Rogers Dried Parsley
- ¼ cup Mrs Rogers Panko Breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup plain flour
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Mrs Rogers Salt & Black Pepper, to taste
Directions
- Add the chicken mince, garlic, oregano, parsley, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper to a bowl. Mix until everything is evenly combined.
- Lightly wet your hands, then divide the mixture into 8 portions. Shape each portion into a patty about 1.5cm thick.
- Spread the flour over a plate and lightly coat each patty on both sides. Shake off any excess flour.
- Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully place the patties in the pan, working in batches so they have enough room to cook evenly.
- Cook for 3 minutes on each side, turning once, until golden on the outside and cooked through.
Transfer to a plate and keep warm while cooking the remaining patties. Serve in burger buns with your favourite toppings and Mrs Rogers Secret Burger Sauce
