Chicken and Creamy Potato Bake

A comforting, easy mid-week bake made with our Organic Creamy Potato Bake Recipe Base. It creates a rich, creamy sauce that coats tender chicken and soft potatoes for a simple family-style meal.

Ingredients

  • 1–2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4–5 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 packet Mrs Rogers Organic Creamy Potato Bake Recipe Base
  • 1 cup cream + 300ml milk
  • 1 cup cheese, grated
  • Breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. In a baking dish, layer the sliced potatoes, shredded chicken and onion.
  3. In a jug, whisk the Mrs Rogers Organic Creamy Potato Bake Recipe Base into the cream and milk until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture evenly over the layered ingredients.
  5. Top with grated cheese and optional breadcrumbs.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden and bubbling.
