Nothing says spring like lamb and this is the easiest recipe! These Lamb Chops are quick, tasty and perfect to celebrate the start of spring.
4 Mrs Rogers Juniper Berries
2 tsp Mrs Rogers Rosemary
1/2 tsp Mrs Rogers Coriander Seeds
3 Tbsp Oil
6 Lamb Chops
Mrs Rogers Sea Salt Medium Grinder

Add the oil to a frying pan and heat to a medium temperature. Fry the juniper berries, rosemary and coriander seeds until fragrant.

Salt each Lamb chop both sides. Bring the fry pan to a hot temperature and fry the chops until crispy. Serve with your fav sides.
