Curried Sausages

Cooking good food is a time-honoured tradition that runs deep in the veins of most family meals. Ingredients

1 tbsp Olive Oil

800g thin Beef Sausages

1 large Brown Onion, thinly sliced

2 Carrots, peeled & thinly sliced

2 tsp Mrs Rogers Garlic Powder

1 tbsp Mrs Rogers Curry Powder

1 Apple, peeled and grated

2 cups Mrs Rogers Chicken Stock

1 cup Frozen Peas

1 Tbsp Flour

Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Heat the oil and fry the sausages until browned. Remove.
Fry the onions and carrot and cook until soft. Add the garlic powder and curry powder and stir. Add the grated apple and chicken stock, flour and stir until there are no lumps. Return the sausages and cover. Simmer for 20 to 25 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Stir in the peas and taste the sauce. Season to taste. Cook for a further 2-3 minutes until the peas are warmed. Serve with creamy mashed potato.
