Brownie Cookies

Made with Mrs Rogers Double Chocolate Brownie Mix, these cookies are deliciously fudgy on the inside with a deep chocolate taste and irresistible brownie-style texture. The perfect easy-bake treat for chocolate lovers.

Ingredients

  • Mrs Rogers Double Choc Brownie Mix
  • 2 Eggs (size 6)
  • 1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • Icing Sugar (optional)
  • Mrs Rogers Baking Paper (optional, for lining the tray)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 165°C (fan bake) and line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Add brownie mix and chocolate (included), oil, eggs and flour into a large bowl.
  3. Mix until fully combined. It should be more of a cookie dough consistency.
  4. Use a tablespoon measurement to spoon cookie batter and roll into balls, then place on lined baking tray, about 5cm apart.
  5. Bake in the oven for 12-15 mins and check. If they aren't set, add a minute or two and keep an eye on them.
  6. As they will be soft, leave on tray to cool for 5-10 mins and then transfer to a wire rack.
  7. Dust with icing sugar before serving.
