A premium unsweetened cocoa; beans are roasted and most of the cocoa fat removed to concentrate its rich flavour, then ground to a luxurious fine powder. It has not been alkalised like Dutch Cocoa, so retains its deep flavour and fruitiness from its natural acidity. Mrs Rogers Cocoa Powder allows you to enhance all your baked goods & beverages into a rich and decadent treat. It will add texture & a deep chocolate flavour in a variety of applications, working particularly well in recipes leavened with baking soda. An essential ingredient in any chocolatey creations, whether decadent cakes, cupcakes, brownies, desserts or added to coffee for a decadent mocha or an indulgent hot chocolate, you will taste the difference!

Suggested Uses

HOT CHOCOLATE

You Will Need
– 1 Tbsp Mrs Rogers Cocoa Powder
– 1 Tbsp Sugar
– 2 Tbsp Boiling Water
– 200mL Milk
1. In a cup or mug add cocoa powder and sugar to boiling water and mix until smooth.
2. Add 200mL of hot (not boiling) milk and stir briskly until fully mixed.
3. Sweeten further to taste.

Ingredients: Cocoa Powder.

Always use a dry spoon and seal tightly after use.

Cocoa can pick up aromas & moisture from other products, store in a cool dry place away from herbs and spices and any other aromatic food.
