Herbed Crusted Cheese Log

Need a really quick nibble to serve? This Cheese Log will not only satisfy your guest but also have them asking where you bought it from! And of course, the wonderful flavours of Mrs Rogers Ras El Hanout and Oregano add that extra flavour pop.

 250g Cream Cheese
 100g Tasty Cheese, finely grated
 1 cup Mrs Rogers Panko Breadcrumbs
 3 tsp Mrs Rogers Ras el Hanout
 3 tsp Mrs Rogers Oregano
 2 tsp Mrs Rogers Himalayan Fine Pink Salt
 Crackers to serve

Combine the cream cheese and tasty cheese together. In a separate bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, ras el hanout and salt and stir.

Using some cling wrap or tin foil, sprinkle the crumb mixture on top and then dollop the cream cheese mixture onto of the crumbs. Roll the cream cheese using the wrap until its covered in the crumbs and shaped like a log. Serve with crackers and enjoy.
