Ham and Spinach Dip

This warm Ham and Spinach Dip is the perfect nibble to start any celebration. It also makes a really yummy lunch! Serve with vegetable sticks or crunchy crispbreads, this one is guaranteed to not last very long.  250 g Cream Cheese
 300 g Diced Ham
 50 g Butter
 100 g Frozen Spinach, defrosted
 ½ cup Grated Tasty Cheese
 1 tsp Mrs Rogers Iodised Fine Sea Salt
 2 tsp Mrs Rogers Black Peppercorns Medium Grinder
 2 tsp Mrs Rogers Italian Herbs

Melt the butter in a pot. Toss the ham through until it’s warmed. Add the cream cheese and melt over a medium heat.

Add the spinach, cheese, salt, pepper and Italian herbs and stir until the cheese has melted and all the ingredients are combined.

Serve warm with carrot and celery sticks, or fill a cob loaf with the dip.
