Heat a lined skillet or BBQ until Hot. Sear the watermelon and lemon wedges until lines appear.
Plate the salad up by layering the watermelon, lemon, tomatoes, capsicum, blueberries in groups so that it looks nice. Break up the feta and pecan nuts and add to the salad.
In a jar or container you can shake, place the treacle, olive oil, paprika, pomegranate seeds and lemon juice and shake until well combined. Pour dressing over the salad. Serve!
