Vegan Parmesan Cheese keeps in the fridge for weeks and is awesome to sprinkle on top of anything you like. Add it to nachos, pasta, pizza…and make your meal that little more tastier!

 3/4 cup Cashews
 3 Tbsp Yeast Flakes
 1 tsp Mrs Rogers Pink Himalayan Salt
 1/2 tsp Mrs Rogers Garlic Powder

Add all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until a fine crumb forms.

NOTE: Will last for weeks in the fridge.
