Turmeric Pancakes

Why don't you make these yummy little bit sized treats while you sit and put your feet up after the short week? Top these with whatever you like!

 1 cup Plain Flour
 Pinch Mrs Rogers Himalayan Pink Salt
 ½ tsp Mrs Rogers Turmeric
 1 Egg
 ¾ cup Milk
 Water, if needed
 Whatever savoury topping you desire

Sift the flour, turmeric and salt into a bowl. Add the egg and mix to combine. Add the milk until the batter is smooth. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes. If the batter is too thick, add a little water to thin it down, however, it needs to be a good dropping consistency.

Warm a frying pan on a medium heat. Use spray oil if needed so the pancake doesn't stick. Use a teaspoon to make small rounds and shape with the teaspoon. Once bubbles start to form on the top, flip and cook on the other side until golden. Serve with whatever topping you like!
