Sweet and Spicy Nuts

SWEET NUTS
 2 Nuts (Walnuts, Pecans and Macadamia have the lowest carbs)
 ½ tsp Mrs Rogers Vanilla Bean Seeds
 1 tsp Mrs Rogers Cinnamon
 ¼ tsp Mrs Rogers Cayenne Pepper
 1 tsp Mrs Roger Pink Himalayan Salt Fine
 ¼ cup Artificial Sweetener or Sugar
 ¼ cup Butter, melted
SPICY NUTS
 2 Nuts (Walnuts, Pecans and Macadamia have the lowest carbs)
 1 tsp Mrs Rogers Pink Himalayan Salt Fine
 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
 1 tsp Mrs Roger Cumin Ground
 1 tsp Mrs Rogers Smoked Paprika or Cayenne Pepper

SWEET NUTS

Preheat you oven to 160C Fan forced. Add the vanilla seeds, sugar (or sweetener), cayenne pepper, salt and cinnamon to the melted butter and stir to combine.

Add the nuts, and stir. Lay out evening on a lined baking tray and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring once half way. Watch carefully as you don’t want the nuts to burn!

Leave to cool on the tray and store in an airtight container.

SPICY NUTS

Mix all ingredients together in a frypan and mix until the nuts are warmed through and coated with the mix.

Let cool and store in an airtight container.
