Sangria is a wonderful drink to share with friends but maybe change it a little this summer. Spiced White Sangria is perfect for this celebration time and so refreshing that you may have to have the ingredients for more than one jug!
In a pot, add one cup of water and bring to a simmer and then turn off the heat but leave the pot there. Add the mulled wine sachet and let it steep for 5-10 minutes. Remove the sachet and cool.
Fill your jug one 3rd of ice. Add the oranges, lemon and kiwifruit. Pour over the vodka, wine and gingerbeer. Add the soda water and stir to combine. Serve!
