Spiced Mayonnaise

This Spiced Mayonnaise adds a punch of flavour to a simple garden salad.

This Spiced Mayonnaise adds a punch of flavour to a simple garden salad.

 Use 1 cup of the Egg Mayonnaise below
 1 tsp Mrs Rogers Organic Ground Cumin
 1/2 tsp Mrs Rogers Organic Ground Turmeric
 1/2 tsp Mrs Rogers Organic Ground Paprika
Mix and let sit for at least 30 minutes for the flavours to combine.
Whole Egg Mayonnaise
 1 large Egg, room temp
 1 Tbsp White Wine Vinegar
 1/4 tsp Mrs Rogers Sea Salt
 2 tsp Mrs Rogers Mustard Powder (or whole mustard seeds)
 1 cup Rice Bran Oil

Add the egg to a food processor and blend for 15 seconds. Add the mustard, vinegar and salt and process for another 15 seconds.

While the food processor is going, slowly drizzle the oil in. Stop the oil if it starts to separate and keep blending until it comes together. Keep going until all of the oil is blended in. Taste and see if extra salt is required.

The last 3 recipes have 2 parts to them so hopefully that will be ok.
