Spiced BBQ Lamb Ribs

Why not try Spiced BBQ Lamb Ribs using Mrs Rogers ground Cumin and Bittersweet Smoked Paprika.

 1 ½ kg Lamb Ribs
 300 ml Cola (We used Phoenix Organic Cola)
 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
 2 tbsp Honey
 4 Cloves of Garlic
 2 tbsp Olive Oil
 1 Small Onion, diced
 2 tsp Lemongrass, minced
 ½ tsp Mrs Rogers Cumin
 ½ tsp Mrs Rogers Bittersweet Smoked Paprika
 ½ tsp Mrs Rogers Pepper

Mix all ingredients excluding the Lamb Ribs in a bowl.

Place the Lamb Ribs in a shallow dish and cover with the marinade. Leave for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Heat BBQ to a medium heat and grill ribs for 20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes or as needed.
