Salmon Dip

This Salmon Dip recipe is so yum you can serve it with just crackers or use it as the main ingredient in fancy hors d'oeuvres. Mrs Rogers Dill, Lemon Pepper and Chilli and Lime Salt take it to the next level in flavour.

 250 g Cream Cheese
 200 g Salmon Pieces
 1/2 tsp Mrs Rogers Dill
 1/2 tsp Mrs Roger Chilli and Lime Salt
 1/2 tsp Mrs Rogers Lemon Pepper Ground
 1 tsp Lime Juice

Whip the cream cheese until smooth and easy to work with using an electric beater.

Add the rest of the ingredients and whip until smooth.

To serve, slice cucumber and place on top of a cracker or bread round. Put dip into a piping bag and place a good amount of the dip on top of the cucumber. Add a little salmon on the top.
