Mrs Rogers Cheese Ball

This Cheese Ball is a great recipe as you can make it ahead of time and not miss any of the party.

 250 g Cream Cheese
 1 cup grated Tasty Cheese
 1 tbsp grated Parmesan Cheese
 1 tbsp Sweet Chutney
 1 tsp Mrs Rogers Garam Masala
 1 tsp Mrs Rogers Curry Powder
 1 tbsp Brandy (or similar)
 1 tsp Mrs Rogers Herb and Garlic Salt
 1 1/2 cups Crushed Peanuts and Pecans

Put cream cheese in a bowl and soften for 20 seconds in the microwave.

Add all of the ingredients except the crushed nuts and mix until combined.

On a large piece of cling wrap, spread the crushed nuts until they are in a flat layer but are close to each other. Scoop the cheese mixture out onto the nuts. Using the cling wrap, press the nuts onto the outside of the cheese mixture as best you can. Find a small deep bowl and lift the cheese mixture with the cling wrap into it and wrap the rest of the cling wrap over it. The bowl will shape your cheese ball.

Place in the fridge for at least an hour or until needed. Serve with crackers and sliced vegetables.
