Kumara Chips

These Kumara Jamaican Jerk Rub Chips are to die for and are a great afternoon nibble.

 2 large Kumara
 2 tbsp Olive Oil
 1 tsp Mrs Rogers Jamaican Jerk Rub

Preheat oven to 120 degrees fan-force.

Wash and dry the kumara and using a very sharp knife or slicer, slice as thin as possible. Remember to slice each slice as similar as you can and that the thicker parts may not completely dry out and crisp - however they are still very tasty.

Place all slices in a bag and pour in the oil and spice mix. Shake until all slices are coated in the oil and spice mix. Lay them out on a baking tray with baking paper evenly. Bake for 2 hours, turning after 1 hour. You may wish to move the chips around as some may cook faster on the outer edges of the tray. It all depends on your oven.

Once they are golden brown, remove and serve immediately. Enjoy!
