Homemade Chicken Nuggets

Mrs Rogers NEW Garlic and Italian Herb Crusting Crumbs are the perfect way to make these really easy Homemade Chicken Nuggets that the kids will eat. 

 500 g Chicken Mince
 ¾ cup Bread Crumbs
 1 Egg
 1 tsp Mrs Rogers Thyme
 1 tsp Mrs Rogers Oregano
 1 tsp Mrs Rogers Rosemary
 1 packet Mrs Rogers Garlic and Italian Herb Crusting Crumbs
 Rice Bran Oil for shallow frying

Combine the chicken, bread crumbs, egg, thyme, oregano and rosemary together to form a dough. Using your hands (slight wet them to stop the mixture sticking too much), form nugget shapes.

Pour half of the crusting crumbs into a shallow dish. Carefully coat the nuggets by gently pushing them into the crumbs on all sides. Add more crumbs as needed.

Pour a little oil in a frying pan and cover the base. Place each nugget into the pan to cook for 8-10 minutes, turning them over half way. Add more oil as needed. Serve with your favourite sauce.
