Herbed & Spiced Chickpeas

Herbed & Spiced Chickpeas, the PERFECT snack!
Just a quick note that this is two different recipes. The method is the same, but the ingredients are different.

Herbed Chickpeas
 1 400gm can Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
 1.50 tbsp Olive Oil
 0.50 tsp Mrs Rogers Thyme
 0.50 tsp Mrs Rogers Parsley
 1 tsp Mrs Rogers Dill
 1 clove Garlic, finely grated
 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, finely grated
 2 tsp Mrs Rogers Premium Sea Salt Fine
Spicy Chickpeas
 1 400gm can Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
 1 tbsp Olive Oil
 1 tsp Mrs Rogers Ground Cumin
 2 tsp Mrs Rogers Chilli and Lime Sea Salt Medium Grinder

Preheat oven to 200°C.

Dry the chickpeas on paper towels. Remove the skins if you can as this helps the chickpeas to grab the coating better. The drier you can get them, the crunchier they will be.

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except the chickpeas until combined. Add the chickpeas and toss until coated. Remove any skins you see.

On a lined baking tray, spread the chickpeas so that they cover the entire baking tray. Roast for 15-20 minutes. Shake and roast for another 15-20 minutes until golden. Cool and serve!
